Stay humble.
No one person has all the answers. Always be patient to listen not just our teammates, but also the market and our users. When there’s respect, it will open up much more room for improvement and spur new ideas that I may not have thought of before.
Make life easier.
Design is about solving problems. A good-looking design may not be the best solution for users. Life is already hard enough, I wish I could improve the lives of others through design.
